Baldoria Dry & Tonic
Highball

Cucumber slice
This Dry & Tonic is a classic highball featuring herb-forward Baldoria Dry. The term highball initially referred to a type of drink. The exact origin of the highball is still unclear. Patrick Duffy, a New York barman, claimed that he invented the highball drink circa 1895. Today, highball refers to a glass tumbler used to serve tall cocktails and other mixed drinks. These highball drinks contain a large proportion of a non-alcoholic mixer and are served with ice.
